<h2>Returns</h2>
<p>We accept returns within <strong>30 days</strong> of the date your order is delivered.</p>
<p>To be eligible for a return:</p>

<li>The item must be returned in its original packaging.</li>
<li>Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.</li>

<p>Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.</p>

<li>Clearance or final sale items.</li>
<li>Gift cards.</li>

<h2>Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items</h2>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of delivery.</p>

<li>Clear photos or videos showing the problem</li>

<p>We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.</p>
<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.</p>
<p>If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within <strong>5–10 business days</strong>.</p>
<p>Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.</p>
<h2>Return Shipping</h2>

<li>A defective or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.</li>
<li>A change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.</li>

<p>Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.</p>
<h2>Order Cancellations</h2>
<p>Orders may be cancelled within <strong>12 hours</strong> of being placed.</p>
<p>Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.</p>
<h2>Delivery Issues</h2>
